Jim Wardlow
High school and elementary education teacher for six years after graduating from NIU in DeKalb, Illinois. Enjoyed the teaching and coaching experience, but did not enjoy the lack of compensation as I had to moonlight at a variety of jobs to support my growing family.I entered the business world in 1977 as a sales representative for a small, family-owned business forms company in Downers Grove, IL.
In 1983, I interviewed for a sales position at WISCO in Chicago, also a small, family-owned company that had a definite plan for growth. This move turned out to be the absolute best move that I could have made: in 1984, Medox was created, and I became the Medox sales representative. Thirty years later, and I am doing what I love the most! The plan for growth has kept pace with the incredible amount of change that has evolved in the Chicago area market place. Hospital consolidation has continued at an astounding pace, and Medox is ready for the challenge!
